“You cannot give your best to others if you cannot give the best to yourself. Be the inspiration you were meant to be.”
Lia Hosinski’s journey towards wellness began after the passing of her grandmother. She was half her grandmother’s age which means she herself could live at least another forty-five years! Five years
later, at the age of fifty, Lia became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant. She currently works as a Fitness Coordinator at a Community Center, teaches core training to individuals and groups at a local gym, and is an instructor/speaker in living a healthy lifestyle.
Her current study is in developing wellness programs with a holistic approach and an emphasis in personal individual well-being. Her dream is to help empower as many people as possible to live a life of good health, happiness, and most of all — fun. Lia is dedicating her life to inspire people to live youthful and healthy lives every day!
As a late bloomer towards her own health and wellness, she reflects her own belief that age has nothing to do with how you feel both physically and mentally. It’s about believing the best is yet to come – no matter where you are today.
Today, Lia enjoys a loving husband, four grown children and so far, five grandchildren.
